1. Products & Materials

What materials is Cruxed jewelry made of?

Our products are made primarily of 316L surgical steel (jewelry and tapers). You’ll always find detailed material information on the product page.

Is the jewelry hypoallergenic?

316L steel is commonly chosen for sensitive piercings; however, reactions are individual. If you’re prone to irritation, start with short wear times and discontinue if you feel discomfort.

Do you sell single pieces or pairs?

We sell our products individually. This information is always provided on the product page.

Do you offer personalized products?

No – we do not currently accept personalized orders.

2. Sizes & Stretching

How do I choose the right taper/jewelry size for my ears?

Choose a size that matches your current piercing size. Stretch gradually and allow tissue time to heal between stages. You can find more information in our guide to safe ear stretching.

Do you offer half sizes?

Yes, selected tapers are also available in half sizes (0.5 mm) to make transitions between sizes smoother and more comfortable.

3. Care & Safe Use

How do I clean steel jewelry?

Wash with lukewarm water and mild soap, then dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals and direct contact of the jewelry with perfumes.

Can I wear the jewelry in the shower or pool?

Steel is corrosion-resistant, but chlorine and other chemicals can dull the surface. We recommend removing jewelry before bathing and swimming.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Which shipping methods are available?

Poland – InPost, DPD.
European Union – InPost, FedEx, GLS, DPD. Availability may vary depending on the delivery address.

How long does processing and delivery take?

We usually dispatch orders within 1–2 business days after the payment is posted. Delivery time depends on the carrier and destination country; you’ll find indicative timeframes and details on the Shipping & Delivery page.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes – once your order is dispatched, we’ll send an email with a tracking link (if provided by the carrier).

I entered a wrong address or didn’t pick up my parcel – what now?

The Customer is responsible for providing the correct address. Changes are only possible before dispatch. A parcel returned due to address error/non-collection requires re-payment of shipping costs.

5. Orders & Payments

Which payment methods do you offer?

Depending on the country: payment cards, Przelewy24, BLIK, PayPal, and mobile wallets (e.g., Apple Pay/Google Pay). Available options will be shown during checkout.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, until the order is handed over for shipping. After dispatch, you can exercise your right of withdrawal (return within 14 days).

6. Returns & Complaints

Can I return jewelry? On what terms?

Yes. A consumer has 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. We refund the product price and the cost of the cheapest standard shipping method offered in the store (when returning the entire order). The cost of sending items back to us is borne by the Consumer. If the item was used beyond what is necessary to check it, the refund may be reduced to account for the loss of value.

How do I file a return or a complaint?

Email us at support@cruxed.shop, providing your order number (attach photos/video for complaints). We respond promptly, no later than within 14 days.

Who pays for shipping in case of returns and complaints?

For withdrawal (14 days) – the Consumer pays for sending products back to us.
For complaints (lack of conformity with the contract) – we cover the transport costs; we will provide a label or reimburse a reasonable shipping cost.

7. Discount Codes & Newsletter

Do you offer discounts?

Yes – subscribe to the newsletter to receive codes and offers. Codes generally cannot be combined with other promotions, have an expiry date, and are not exchangeable for cash. For returns, we refund the amount actually paid.

Do you have a loyalty program or discounts for larger orders?

No – we currently do not offer a loyalty program or volume discounts.
